I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely, but could do with some updating and the building needs a bit of TLC. The pool bar area would be even better with some sofas or improved seating. On the bright side, the pool was at a glorious temperature!

The service was absolutely amazing and incredibly accommodating. The staff couldn't do enough to help, very friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.

The location is great for Vesuvius, Capri, Pompei, and other places. It's fairly disadvantaged but convenient for Herculaneum with friendly staff and a short walk to the historical sites.

The dining options were decent, with a range of different foods to please everyone. Loved the offerings, especially the ones with seawater. However, if you’re late, you might miss out on some of the better food as not everything is replaced, which we found unusual for a 4-star hotel.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was basic but clean and comfortable, and the balcony offered a stunning view of the sea. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The location was convenient for exploring the area, but there wasn't much to do right outside the hotel. The dining experience was great with a variety of delicious options. Overall, a good value for the money spent.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The staff was absolutely delightful and even offered us a different room during our three-week journey across Italy. The food at the restaurant was good too. However, some staff members were not as welcoming and even rude to children, which was a downside.
